Refund Process

E-mail or call our support team to let us know that you're willing to return your order.
We will guide you how to return the order to one of our warehouses. Once we get the refund, you'll be notified. Once we get the returned package, we will proceed you a refund. You'll get your money back within 3 days.

Terms & Conditions

If you're willing to return your order, you can do it within 30 since the day free of charge.
You are allowed to choose from a money-back refund and an exchange for other Dr. Pen™ device.
In case of an exchange to other Dr. Pen™ device, you should cover the price different between the new device of your choice.
In case of a refund the order should be returned to one of our warehouses unused. Seal can not be opened before the return.
