1. How to Use
To maintain hygiene, it’s important to prepare a new, clean cartridge for each session.
-
Remove the protective cover from the cartridge.
-
Attach the cartridge securely to your Hydra Pen H6 device.
-
After cleansing and drying your skin thoroughly, adjust the device’s depth and speed settings to your preference.
-
Turn on the device and gently move it across small areas of skin.
-
For optimal experience, applying a serum like Hyaluronic Acid is recommended. Using a light, cross-hatch pattern with minimal pressure is advised—avoid dragging the device.
-
After your skincare session, safely dispose of the used cartridge.
Usage Frequency & Safety
-
For best results, a session can be repeated every 4 to 6 weeks.
-
Important: Use each cartridge only once for hygiene. Do not use on open wounds, active acne, or if irritation occurs. Discontinue use if any discomfort appears.
2. How to Clean Your Cartridge (Before First Use)
To ensure cleanliness before initial use, you can sanitize the cartridge needle.
-
Prepare clean gloves, isopropyl alcohol (70% or higher), and a clean container.
-
Wearing gloves, inspect the cartridge needles to ensure they are straight and free of debris.
-
Pour alcohol into the container and fully immerse the needle head for a few minutes. Alternatively, you may spray the needle head generously with alcohol.
-
Allow the cartridge to air dry completely on a clean surface before attaching it to your device for the first time.

Bio. Pen Q2I’ve done 4 sessions so far, focusing on my cheeks where I had stubborn redness. The adjustable needle depth made it super easy to customize without irritation. After just 3 months, my skin looks calmer and feels smoother. Plus, the pen is so quiet, I barely feel it working. Love that it comes with sterile tips for each use. Shipping to Texas was lightning-fast, only 3 days. Recommend for anyone nervous about at-home devices.

Dr. Pen A11The A11 is perfect for beginners. I was intimidated by microneedling, but the LED display and auto-sterilization mode made it foolproof. Used it on stretch marks with 1.5mm depth, and after 5 sessions, they’re way less noticeable. The pen charges quickly and feels durable. Bonus: It’s travel-sized! Took it on vacation and did a quick session post-sun exposure to revive my skin. No irritation, just instant radiance.

Dr. Pen M8SThis device is my holy grail for deep acne pits! I’ve tried rollers before, but this pen’s 36-pin tip works 10x faster. Did 6 sessions at 2.0mm depth, and my pores look tighter—foundation sits like a dream now. The wireless feature is genius, no cords tangled while I multitask. Tips are super affordable on their website.

Bioroller G5I use the G5 on my jawline for lymphatic drainage, and my face looks less puffy. The rose gold finish is chic, and the case keeps it clean in my gym bag. Pair it with a peptide serum, and boom—instant glow. Even helped fade a fresh scar on my hand. This roller is such an affordable device compared to pricier pens.

Bio. Pen Q2Used the Bio. Pen Q2 for 5 sessions, and my hyperpigmentation has faded by at least 40%. The ergonomic design makes it easy to glide over curves like the nose and chin. No redness or downtime, just glowing skin the next morning. Way better than paying $300 per clinic session.

Hydra. Pen H3Combined the H3 with my vitamin C serum, and my dark spots faded faster than ever! It's vibration mode feels like a mini massage—so relaxing. Used it on my décolletage too, and the crepey texture smoothed out. Tip: Try it after a warm shower for maximum absorption. Obsessed.
